Tirzepatide Weight Loss Without Driving to a Clinic
Texas is big, and the nearest clinic can be hours away. With telehealth, your consultation and follow-up happen by video from home, whether you live in a large city or a small town.
Tirzepatide is an injectable medication that acts on two receptors, GIP and GLP-1, hormones involved in appetite and blood sugar control. In a supervised program it can help you feel full sooner and follow your plan more consistently. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, adults taking tirzepatide lost an average of 15% to 20.9% of their body weight over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% on placebo. The study tested the FDA-approved medication (Zepbound®), and individual results vary. Read the study.
