Why I Started Marino Wellness
My own journey changed the way I understand weight, metabolism, hormones, and women's health. For years, I believed the answer was simply eating less, exercising more, or having more willpower.
Over time, I learned how nutrition, strength training, sleep, metabolism, and hormonal changes can all influence the way our bodies respond, especially after 40.
